A quick google of ACI shows up American Concrete Institute. Albeit very important to understand fully the science behind concrete I am pretty sure they have nothing to say about Utopya. Or phones or blockchain or emerging cell phone markets or digital payment systems or takeing the world by storm.

I want just like the next guy for ANDI to go to he moon, but I think someone was trying to pull some Tom Folery with that auto response email. IMO it is fake.
