You're absolutely spot on. I cannot see any reason for it other than screwing existing holders. The system is simply rotten. Besides outright illegal crooks, they have created legal loopholes to become legal crooks like this. Nothing will ever happen to them other than they'll make bank, and do it again sometime down the road... This is not something new. I've been screwed like this before, lucky for me not this time around. Sorry that you had this experience. Unfortunately I know the feeling all too well. Maybe just hold onto the shares and ride it out... I do not think this will break under $1... but who really knows for sure? Best of Luck
