And what are current shareholders, chopped liver? I am not a securities lawyer, but this is immoral, unethical, and if it's legal it shouldn't be. If the Director's etc, want to throw money into the company they can loan it money and then buy shares in the open market, not scam the share price lower to get shares at an artificially discounted price. I'll gladly lose my entire stake to see these crooks behind bars where they belong IMHO.
