OK I stand corrected. It is 1.5M disputed shares. But this has nothing to do with WMIH/COOP anymore but the trust has put aide 1.5M shares to pay the claims. So the trust is like another shareholder of WMIH which own 1.5M shares of WMIH and will be subjected to R/S or whatever WMIH/COOP decides to do. If they do an R/S/ then all shareholders are affected including the trust.
