Correct ChipnBella, but I actually don't expect anything to be posted until late this afternoon or possibly tomorrow. Reading SCOTUS case information and legal filings is not the easiest thing I've ever done. But IF I deciphered things correctly All the Stays that resulted from the Lucia case have been lifted so that should clear the way to put MHYS out of its misery. We'll know soon enough. GLTY!!
