Evintos, I am pretty sure that the escrow CUSIP disputed shares will be divided by 12 after the R/S.

Because the authorized shares are only 300M and so it is impossible to give out 1.2B disputed shares or whatever that is.

My concern is as time goes by, fees will accumulate and our escrow money will shrink and so luckily, the longer we wait then the higher return it will be.

Like you or HM posted, the employee claims are somehow tied up with the CIC. It is not just the LT not wanting to pay yet but it is also the FDIC. Hopefully the delay is for better return to escrow and not less because the lawyers ate it all.
