As a shareholder I am writing to ask for an update on this long overdue audit. It has now been a year without any visible results. The last mention of the audit was over two months ago and we were told soon. It is past “soon”.

I think after all this time we deserve a candid update on why this process is taking so long. You hired the CFO squad to help resolve this issue months ago stating then it would take just a few days to complete. Now here we are months later, and no explanation why the CFO squad could not get this done. Are they still even working on it? Have they been fired yet?

I purchased more shares based on public comments, made by you, about an audit and uplist happening. I would like to know why that has not happened, and what you are doing to make it happen.

I realize a PR from Roger will probably not help the share price but I think the long term shareholders deserve an explanation and update. And maybe they will continue to pick up these cheap share and keep the price from falling further. Roger shot himself in the foot with this never ending audit. He has yet to give a decent explanation as to why his CFO squad can't pull this out.

I know this stock is undervalued but investors are just afraid to dump anymore money in this company with the Audit questions still looming.
