Not sure about that. Maybe from a year ago. Just to reiterate, I researched to get involved in PP beginning of year but couldn't meet the accredited status. The PPs were 12 month restriction. 6 month with letter to company documenting extenuating circumstances requesting early and even this was at companies discretion to approve and how much. Paperwork then still had to filed, stocks registered to sell. When signing up for the PPs this was known in advance. Accredited Investors were and are long term investors, I know some of them. Oceanside and Kodiak are not and certainly not as long term as some large holders of retail. There were PPs from a year ago that could be selling. I'm not saying for sure definitive a couple of PPs have not sold, maybe those from a year ago. My DD and conversations suggest otherwise....but again anybody can say anything. After all investors are the ones who are really studying the compnay, catalysts, developments related to the compnay, they are the ones who know what's coming and less likely to sell....Oceanside, Kodiak and others, different story.
