I think it may be time to put some pressure on Roger to update shareholders on the audit progress. Two months ago, I and a number of other shareholders all emailed Roger on the same day asking for an update. He responded with a Press Release the next day on June 21, 2018. Below is a quote from the PR addressing the audit.

"The audit process has been a principle concern for the company and its shareholders, and we have received a number of queries relating to the projected completion date. This process has taken longer than expected, and we understand that previously released timeline updates created expectations of completion dates which unfortunately were not met. At this juncture, we are expecting the audit to be signed off on very soon, but we do not have an exact target date. To be absolutely clear, there is no indication that there are any issues of concern, and the company has no doubt that the audit will be completed. The company’s tremendous expansion over recent years will be verified shortly, at which point we intend to uplist to the OTCQB Venture Market and will continue to accelerate forward with our aggressive expansion plan."

After two months without a mention of the audit, I do not think it is unreasonable to ask for another update. I purchased more stock based on his public statements about auditing and uplisting. I want to know where we stand.

I still suspect that we will not have an audit until the numbers for fiscal year 2018 are released. Even if that is the case, and we have to wait another 5 weeks, I believe we are due an update.

Don't get me wrong, I am still long in this stock. I even added 25,000 shares this week to my million plus holding. However, the stock price is tanking again due to his lack of candor concerning the audit. It is time to man up and address the situation.

If you agree, please send Roger a respectful email requesting an update. No need to be nasty or insulting, but a polite email expressing concern is not out of line.
