Here's good reason to question pntv's infamous leaders lack of accountability, transparency,credibility & integrity that has put investors in the position were in. He stated he was fine w/ Geoffrey leaving to pursue dream job (and oh by the way did he mention he started his own consulting firm & left right in the mist of companies biggest purchase in 20 + years) & left on good terms yet didn't feel Geoffrey nor the company needed to put out a statement to investors. Ceo made a FLASE statement last night when he stated Geoffrey fulfilled his 12 month contract....IT WAS A TWO YEAR BONUS LADEN CONTRACT THAT WE FOOTED THE BILL. Investors should be more than upset w/ how we find our investment in the position were in. Review the SEC filings from last year below.
On August 8, 2017, the Company and Mr. Lawrence entered into an employment agreement under which Mr. Lawrence will serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for a two-year term at an annual base salary of $100,800. The employment agreement also provides for the issuance to Mr. Lawrence of (i) $12,960 of shares of the Company’s common stock on a quarterly basis, with the first such issuance on October 1, 2017, whereby the number of shares shall be determined based on the most recent closing traded price on October 1 st , January 1 st , April 1 st and July 1st, as applicable, (ii) 250,000 shares of the Company’s common stock on July 4, 2017, as a signing bonus, and (iii) an option to purchase 2,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, vesting ratably on a monthly basis over a one-year period beginning on August 8, 2017, at an exercise price of $0.17 per share.
