in almost any company raising funds bc they dont have net income yet, the warrants are priced below market as an inducement to buy bc such purchase goes directly to a companies treasury,whereas companies dont receive a cent off of our market trading

previous warrants, except for the feb rights offering, were all 1 and 2 dollars- presumably below market

if the company has a commercial find, the pps can weather the exercise of a number of warrants
