Posted when Geoff quit 10Q better be complete. Obviously it was not and if anyone still thinks Geoff left on good terms then why are financials (his job) note done???

He was either being screwed over or saw something he did not like and couldn’t stay around to be part of it I feel.

This is a major red flag in my eyes and believe the company is having major issues being a company. This is too big for Mark, Geoff was completing the accounting and regulation tasks and I believe shareholders had confidence in him doing that. Not sure anyone thinks anyone currently on board can handle this massive accounting for the acquisition.
