You're talking about the D.C litigation, in which the Deutsche Bank trustee for $ 165 billion. Whether Deutsche Bank is big or small does not matter! It was about the legal process and nothing else. Accordingly, you can not compare it to the shareholders who are the small investor and have to wait longer than others. You talk about two different pairs of shoes. The DB had only a fraction of the total trusts under its administration. Why did not the other trustees (BOA, Citi, US Bank) have a dispute and no claims?
