In order to NOT have to mass dilute with another funding immediately after being appointed CEO, Berlin threw AXAL under the bus even thought AXAL is in phase 3 trials. AXAL is ADXS leading "LM Technology" vaccine that was going to prove the Listeria technology was the real deal. Berlin will shelve AXAL because he knows AXAL is not the real deal. That is why Berlin fails to find a cash partner for AXAL. Berlin then started the next part of the con. In order to justify shelving AXAL, con man KB embarked on a HYPE NEO & HOT strategy, claiming that both NEO & HOT are far superior vaccines than AXAL even though the ADXS "LM Technology" is the base for all three vaccines & LM is still just another unproved technology. The market didn't buy what con man Ken Berlin is selling.
