Imho Ken made a key mistake when he announced he would wind down axal if no partner. Why would any one buy with that looming? Don't understand the strategy for announcing that, which basically has shut down sp movement. Makes no sense to announce something that might happen, unless he knows it's going to happen. Then he should have kept his mouth shut until he took action.
