OTC “Yeild” sign coming then “Stop” sign for non reporting.

SEC nor the OTC care PNTV acquired a company. They are late and fines will be applied and if it goes to long here comes OTC PINK.

Everyone should now clearly see Geoff’s departure from PNTV was not for good reasons or he would not have left them hanging on this 10Q. If it was a good relationship he would of made sure the 10Q was complete before leaving. By looking at facts it’s clear Geoff got out as quick as possible not caring what he left behind undone.
