I'd bet dollars to donuts this is just a spin out...you own both companies as shareholders, so it is just somewhat the same difference as having Poda under IVITF symbol. You still own both...but separate entity. The new company shares Gene or Ivitf (will not include Poda) hence the spin-out. I see the vape business going bonkers btw. Recreational wise, easier to hit a vape with oil and not be detected. So the fair value of Poda per the PR is 1,915,000. so that equates to about .02 per share for the stand alone company.
