You make a good point Carl. In the grand scheme it doesn't really even matter if Citron makes a valid point or not. Its enough to rock the pps and the confidence of investors. Wether or not any of CVIS's revenue is tied into any patents, this still is damging in the SHORT TERM. Truth in this will prevail over time though, and as long as CVIS ha a clean nose then longs have nothing to fear.
