Why? No need to address it. They never said they secured the patent. Patents get rejected all the time before they eventually get accepted.

Agreed. What can they say? "Citron is correct.. the patent was denied"?? That would only validate and lend credibility to those scumbags.

Anyone that digs will see the patent has no effect on the money making part of the company. However, it seems the damage was done.

A fool and his money is a friend indeed.
