I’m not trying to lie to you man. All I’m trying to say is it appears SFOR is dealing with lawyers just as good as theirs. When you’ve stalled discovery over 18 months you know what the hell you’re doing. They know how to drag feet. They will know how to drag feet even if a trial is won. Go look at other OTC patent suers... the ones that get money, get money 5-6 years after their complaint is filled. They haven’t even started the original case yet here. They bickered back and forth until they found a way out. They will continue to do so even if the appeal is won. All throughout discovery SFOR is at its most vulnerable. One pacer can stop the show. One pacer can trigger note holders to start converting. It’ll be a blood bath if anything goes wrong. Gambling on these things is an all or nothing deal and SFOR is having many more problems than other ones I follow. I’m straight shooting based on what I know and what I’ve seen.
