These are very old. Final pretrial conference set mid 9/2017? This never happened. These cases have been delayed from IPR’s and appeals for a while now. You’ll see an accurate scheduling order once the appeal comes out. Every time there is any delay these become void and are updated when the future of the trial is clearer. These scheduling orders indicate a trial would be done and complete for both cases by now. They are not. Find me the pacer’s indicating expert reports from discovery.

Discovery takes forever, I’m following another case where discovery has been dragged out almost 6 months now simply over what information should be made public or not. Every time good evidence is submitted the other side will write a letter to the judge saying they don’t want the public to see it and they bicker for a month and then reschedule everything. I know how it goes....
