“The S1 was filed last week so we can guesstimate 30 more days before the offering closes.”

The offering doesn’t open until the S-1 goes effective. That will be in about 60 days.

And I highly doubt AGP and the company can float $15 million in FUSZ stock in 40 days after it opens. That amount of stock is the equivalent of about 3 months volume at the current pps.

That is a lot of dilution. The offering would either hang up if the price is fixed or the pps will tank if it is variable.

This is a six month process...Rory just won’t tell you that.
