Why would the company want to intentionally misdirect the market by announcing a coming name & ticker change to better reflect Utopya? That doesn’t make sense and to intentionally mislead wouldn’t fall under forward looking statements. If I remember correctly the name change with SOS has already occurred, which I believe is Utopya Holdings Worldwide or something close to that so the reasons shared would be more plausible unless Im missing something that was disseminated by ANDI.
