LOL I never stated there is absolutely no short position in VLDI. That is the most absurd statement in the world, since MMs are shorting stock all the time because that is how they maintain an orderly market in a stock. When there is no retail stock for sale the MM steps in and shorts the stock and that happens every day. That short position can last minutes or a few days but when it exceeds 13 days it is reported as failure to deliver borrowed stock. What was stated is there is no major legal or illegal short position in VLDI and you proved there was no major legal short position, which we all knew. What we were talking about was MM illegally shorting a stock and not reporting it or delivering the borrowed shares since they naked shorted the stock!

As far Russheal goes I believe he was more right than proven wrong. Even though I had nothing to do with Russheal statements, whether accurate or inaccurate the only thing the Bruce disavowed is that SAS tested the product to the best of his knowledge. Who knows if one of Bruce's potential clients without his knowledge had SAS test the product. On the other hand what has been proven is that Bruce is definitely a spinmeister with the Ganthet deal!

BTW none of this matters and isn't worth a hill of beans since the only thing that matters is that Bruce fails to execute year after year on executing a real agreement that will produce ongoing revenue and 100s of millions of endpoints.

Yes all this will fall away like a tsunami on VLDI shares to do a rinse and repeat.
