ImpactPPA is a private company. It is NOT a publicly traded anything and as such, is not governed by the Security Exchange Acts of 1933 and 1934. I suggest you read those. As such one can talk about ImpactPPA anywhere, anytime because doing so does not affect its share price! WSTI is a publicly traded company and is governed by those Acts and as such has strict requirements about what can and cannot be said by a CEO (or anyone in the management) in that such statements can affect the "PUBLICLY" traded shares which are under the watchful eye of the SEC.

You seem to have difficulty with the laws regarding this. Therefore, I strongly suggest that you contact a stock broker familiar with these ACTS or perhaps a Securities Attorney who can certainly explain the rules and regulations under which a public company MUST function including those restrictions that can endanger its continued existence.

You might want to familiarize yourself with the current Tesla situation and the mess in which its CEO Elon Musk finds himself.

What you repeatedly want done is a violation of the LAW and it has disastrous consequences. Please contact a Securities Attorney to answer the questions having answers that you will not accept on this board. That way you can have the information from the "horse's mouth" and it will surely save you a lot of grief.
