If it forces Moran to be better manager

It's been CEO Moran's pattern over the past few years to hype every new DEWM business development but then seemingly forget about them as he moves on to the next deal. He appears to only care about the deal, and is horrible at managing the business (or finding people to manage the business).

Maybe things like this will force him to become better at running the businesses or reporting, but based on the fact that he's known for months that the downtier was coming and that reviews of the restaurant were extremely inconsistent, yet hasn't done anything obvious to correct the problems, I doubt that he'll change his ways.
