OTCMarkets downtiered DEWM to "No Information" on 7/5/18

DEWM has had two "downtiers" since the start of the year. On April 4, 2018, it went from Pink Current to Pink Limited because CEO Moran didn't file a complete unaudited annual report and an attorney letter.

Then, on July 5, 2018, because DEWM's most recent financial info was from December 31, 2017 and more than six months old, OTCMarkets took it down to the next level, Pink No Information:



That resulted in a Stop Sign appearing on OTCMarkets' pages for DEWM, as well as the statement that the company was "Dark and Defunct". You can see that at the following link:

The other statements on that page about DEWM having a Verified Profile as of May, 2018 and the share count being "Transfer Agent Verified" mean that DEWM is keeping its profile updated, while the TA is occasionally updating the official share count, but these things don't relate to the lack of proper financial disclosures.
