U dont know how or why or what TERMS re his shares [ for all u know he has been getting debt payments at a rate that made him say [ i think i will go long the stock with some of my intrest payments money ]

I can tell u that is not so far fetched BECAUSE IF IT WAS MY LOAN AND MY EAR TO THE GROUND AND MONEY COMEING BACK AT ME FAST ] I just might might take that trade....some intrest and some common UP SIDE....

all u know is he is at 9.99 % common holder is that not a FACT Present tense.

THE SWEDES IN THE MED DEAL I POSTED IE $ 1.00 ISH TON $ 20.00 took a 1 mill share SWEETNER re the loan they held over that co I posted about AND THEY MADE 17 ODD MILL MORE ON THE COMMON THAT THEY TOOK to work out there debt deal.......SMART SWEDES
