The post has nothing to do with my quote addressing your specific question. You were questioning how do I know that the FDA innovation challenge application is related to RecoveryRx and I pointed to you the CEO latest radio interview, as an evidence.

In summary, there are two things happening with the FDA right now:

a. We are waiting for FDA clearance of Actipatch for full body muscle and joint. The expedited review of this application has already been 10 days late. As of today, it has already been 40 days.

b. We are waiting for the FDA to announce the winners of the FDA innovation challenge that will be decided in November, according to the FDA.
