" needing resources" doesnt equate to using his own money, does it?

You might be assuming that, but "needing resources" might just as well be a comment associated with full speed ahead. ( with lack of resources impinging on that full speed ahead at some point? )

Of course they need resources, they havent even been able to pay Nevada,
... but that doesnt necessarily mean theyre using their own money does it?

Not trying to minimize Darins contributions, he is about the only hope the company currently has, Kristul and the others are aging out.

On the filings, $254,740 average for private sector would also include
large cap companies, like Apple with a market cap of over a trillion dollars, etc.

... but the real reason it shouldnt be $137k or more for HCTI is because their own filings put it at much less than that as total for years
in which filings were accomplished.

Where did your $137k - $150k come from?

my source:

ITEM 14. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTANT FEES AND SERVICES ( 10k 2016 )

"dont forget sales of shares"

... I wasnt asking how they paid for it, I was just pointing out that per their filings, they werent paying over $87k total for years in which
financials were filed.

... and its not like their financials are ever "rush jobs" ..

... they are always late, sometimes a few days, sometimes a year

""They have spent their own money, time, sweat and tears traveling across continents and oceans in this time selling HCTI. Darin, I expect has worked around the clock at times to keep the ship moving forward. "

Interesting, how was that disclosed? '

Ans: In emails to which I've been a witness...one, I believe was written at 3am, Pacific. 'out of the country;....'traveling'....'full speed ahead'...'needing resources'.

****

'In the private sector, companies surveyed paid an average of $254,740 in total audit fees in 2014' (http://ww2.cfo.com/auditing/2015/10/audit-fees-public-companies-3-4/)

$137K-150K...including filings, reasonable approximation.

'Also, how did they spend over $137k accounting/audit for 2016 financials when the total spent for 2015 was $66k and for 2016 was $87k?
...even thats a lot of accounting money with very small revenues, miniscule payroll, etc.'

Don't forget sales of shares. "
