'"They have spent their own money, time, sweat and tears traveling across continents and oceans in this time selling HCTI. Darin, I expect has worked around the clock at times to keep the ship moving forward. "

Interesting, how was that disclosed? '

Ans: In emails to which I've been a witness...one, I believe was written at 3am, Pacific. 'out of the country;....'traveling'....'full speed ahead'...'needing resources'.

'In the private sector, companies surveyed paid an average of $254,740 in total audit fees in 2014' (http://ww2.cfo.com/auditing/2015/10/audit-fees-public-companies-3-4/)

$137K-150K...including filings, reasonable approximation.

'Also, how did they spend over $137k accounting/audit for 2016 financials when the total spent for 2015 was $66k and for 2016 was $87k?
...even thats a lot of accounting money with very small revenues, miniscule payroll, etc.'

Don't forget sales of shares.
