Remember IF IF IF 300 mill shares are issued to cover the common markers and pull a 12/1 on those 300mill shares guess what, it is only 25 mill added to the 291 mill of both issued and authorized combined for a total of 316 miil, a very respectable level for a company this size REAL NUMBERS
