I don't know and I never made that claim. I responded to your "disposing shares" comment by basing my response off of publicly available information.

I took the release at face value. Nothing I have read in my research of the company or Bunka has given me pause which indicate this charitable donation is not so.

But you, however, claim evidence exists and would have "no problem" providing such. Again, please provide the evidence.
