Rose I absolutely agree with JL about malpractice reform, more than I agree with him about Vascepa being a miracle drug( and I do believe in Vascepa and JL immensely!)After almost 30 years of medical practice here in a big metropolitan area , I have seen all, defensive practice is the single most important factor in driving healthcare costs across the board.More than all the innovations in medicine combined , the culture needs to change and will that take decades after and if ever reforms take place. Once study from ER published in NEJM is a joke.
