>buy less shares back for higher price?

"Sadly, no"

Or that may be saying "Thankfully no"

IMO, you are taking a big gamble to be so certain that this thing goes significantly lower. Not saying it is likely, but what if it turns around on Monday? Are you prepared to bite the bullet and buy less shares back for higher price?

Ok, let's say it does go lower.. Great loading time for all of us. If you believe this thing eventually gets legs upon the events we are waiting for, why not be long with some shares, just in case?

Not saying I understand your financial situation and you may need to preserve capital, I realize. Just pointing out that your theory and plan could really backfire on you!

Maybe the fact you could not sell all your shares was reason #1. Only time will tell. Maybe keep what you still have as sudden volcanic eruption insurance. JMHO. GLTY.

IMO I think plenty of time left for BIEL to go down... weeks, not months though. I admit them entering this FDA challenge does adjust the potential time of things here. Kudos to them for getting that done.

I trade options a lot too. Selling premium is best, IMO. But one thing you learn is people like to have a ticket for the big event. Typically that event is an ER on a big or popular company like AMZN, AAPL, TWTR, TSLA, NFLX, FB, etc. In this case, the event is "FDA Clearance". Don't get me wrong... I am long BIEL (for possible post-clearance buyout)... but I am concerned with the seemingly lack of interest/new buyers when I am trying to sell relatively small lots like 5-10mln and they sit there half the day getting nibbled at. We all "know" that big event is coming soon for BIEL, right? The foretold "Imminent Tsunami" and all of this... LOL. So where are the buyers? Or have we already told all our friends, relatives, co-workers and customers about the wonderful opportunities here? ;)

Weak buyers?

You know who I personally think could or should be a strong buyer for the right price? BAYER. Simply because it would be a beautiful heaven-made match for the company behind Aspirin to lead the way for a next-generation pain management solution. That, and BAYER apparently already knows BIEL exists, who they are, and where they work etc.... to me that's half the battle to getting bought out right there IMO.

And let's be serious... how much longer is AJW going to do this? Why not get crazy money, settle/pay off SEC complaint or whatever (if that's possible?), and have mad millions leftover for generations of Whelans to come.

Or... would we rather do stupid stuff like this:
https://www.reevesbusinessreview.com/bioelectronics-corporation-otcpkbiels-mf-rank-of-16443-how-does-it-stack-up/

Or these 2 page "articles of amendments"...

I mean get real. If Bayer isn't offering, I'd be reading this saying "Jay has a point about Bayer/Aspirin being a good match..." and trying to sell them on buyout rather than footbed partnerships or whatever the worst-case scenario "deal" could or would be.
