DTST I did some more DD here today. the two companies Broadsmart Florida and Broadsmart Inc are different ones but they are related in the following two ways.

1. Broadsmart and Broadsmart Florida are both from the same co-founder
Todd A. Correll, who is now with DTST

2. Broadsmart Florida is showing in the acquisition SEC filing when Broadsmart Inc are sold to MagicJack for $40M in 2016 as shown below.
But not sure about what it means by "necessary services".

"Section 5.14 Regulated Assets. The Parties shall use commercially reasonable good faith efforts to negotiate, execute and deliver an
agreement pursuant to which (A) Purchaser or its Affiliate will acquire promptly after the Closing, but subject to any required regulatory approvals,
substantially all of the Regulated Assets of Seller on the terms set forth on Schedule 5.14 (the “Regulated Asset Agreement ”); and (B) the Parties agree to
provide the necessary services to Broadsmart Florida, Inc. in order to conduct the business of the Regulated Assets substantially in the form of the Transition
Services Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in any case, the Parties will provide the necessary assets and personnel to Broadsmart Florida, Inc.
and/or Seller to conduct the business of the Regulated Assets.
