Is it because it's not trading or because the price can't move past .0001?

Or because FINRA won't approve R/S so CEO decided to silently increase A/S by ANOTHER 10 BILLION so he could keep on selling?

Or is it because nobody knows for sure (other than CEO himself, of course) what the current share structure looks like?

Or is it because CEO has no idea what he's doing and what to do with this shell?

Can it get ANY crappier than that?
