I think they should approach Genie, DK, and/or Noble and offer them a piece of the company. Thats the way to do it. These companies have a natural interest because they pretty much constitute the non-Israeli oil & gas industry in Israel. If they do not raise money from somewhere, they will shutter their operations sometime shortly after September 30, 2018.
