Then that's where S-1 /A filings occur, am I correct ?

Tenkay, can you summarize what you think will play out with this S-1 file?It states in the file that the price will immediately dilute upon completion, where would the diluting begin though? I was thinking the share price will go up upon completion and then immediately go down? IDK. What do you think?
