transferring almost a million dollars of freely trading LXRP stock to a charitable entity by officers/directors of a scam company like LXRP is typically how these scamsters get away with selling shares into the market and not having to file form 4's with the SEC since the amount is less than the 5% needed for a third party

eventually, the officer/director or his family or close associates will see the cash that was netted from the sale of stock into the market
