Smitter had an outstanding reply, but just as a fyi I have gotten a reply to every email/phone call. You have to understand that these guys cant give insider info so if you’re asking specific questions that are not public knowledge they cannot give you an answer. Also with all companies its all in how you ask and what you say. Honey vs vinegar. My replies have been ambiguous but i know the CEO knows my concerns and acknowledge that they will all be addressed in time. Not when you or I want but when the company feels it’s right.
