When will ANDI/Utopya finally disclose an updated share structure?

In late October when the annual report is released.

Will ANDI ever get its name/symbol change approved by FINRA?

The company never confirmed the request was ever filed. The last word was "...in the process of filing" -- I emailed ANDI's "quick to respond" IR department three times asking if the request was filed. They never replied.

I believe they are under a super-duper double-probationary NDA that prevents them from disclosing such sensitive info. ANDI's concerned that Apple and Samsung might find out that the request was filed and they will try to hurt ANDI's future plans.
