I also know that Bassam Damaj is the CEO and what he has been saying now for many many months is that Profitability is a #1 Goal. In fact, he got burned badly when it didn't happen exiting 2017.

Still, he continues to make it a #1 Goal. I did not tell him that it should be. HE decided that - HE wants it. Missing it again exiting 2018 is not going to happen

Let me ask you this...has Guidance been over or under now ? Ya got a very passionate CEO that ultimately follows through IMO.
