VGTL 0035 +16% way $0.1? REVERSE MERGER ahead?? Check out the news activity last weeks 15/12G shell send out all filing + Ss update + Pink Currrent upgrade.. can only have reason to prepare an R / M or start a new business. Filings cost money and a 15 / 12G company would never do that for nothing. because the 15 / 12G is a safe haven for shells. if they actively step out of this, it always has a lot of importance. Something big is happening here. My opinion. Way $05 $0.1 imho... Check it out
