I’m still puzzled as to who would have had access to several billion shares of flasr to dump? The issued and outstanding never rose from feb to halt, which means the dump able shares already existed, were in a brokerage account(s) and were ready to trade, probably for years before 2018. I can only draw one conclusion who that could have been.
