Mr. Harrysen Mittler has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary at Pacific Software, Inc. since October 22, 2016 and served as its President until February 21, 2018. Mr. Mittler has been the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary and Treasurer at IPOWorld since July 13, 2016 and serves as its Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Mittler has been President of ePiQ Entertainment Inc. since 2016. Mr. Mittler served as Principal Executive Officer of Pacific Software, Inc. from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Mittler served as Chief Financial Officer of Cobra International Beverage Holdings Inc. Mr. Mittler served as Chief Financial Officer of Nortia Capital Partners, Inc. from March 2004 to May 27, 2005. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, business administration and commerce. He served as President and Secretary of Pacific Software, Inc. from December 3, 2009 to March 26, 2010. Previously, he served as a corporate and management Consultant to various enterprises and functioned as an in House Accountant for Deloitte Haskins & Sells. He has also served in a senior executive capacity with several public companies since 1995. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Too Gourmet Inc. until July 9, 2004. From March 9 2001 and April 29 2002, Mr. Mittler served as Chairman of the Board, President and Secretary of Grand Prix Sports, Inc. From May 2002 to September 2003, he served as Chairman of the Board of Too Gourmet, Inc. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Mittler served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Wordcraft Systems, Inc. Mr. Mittler has also served as a business consultant to a variety of private enterprises. Since 2011, Mr. Mittler served as a corporate consultant to variety of enterprises, a partial list includes: Spectra Automotive Group, Royal Bees Company, Inc., Silicon South Inc. and Aquila Vision Corporation Plc. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Mittler served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Autoworks International Ltd. Since 2016, Mr. Mittler has been a Director at ePiQ Entertainment Inc. He served as a Director of Cobra International Beverage Holdings Inc. He served as a Director of Too Gourmet Inc. since July 27, 2002. He served as a Director of Pacific Software, Inc. from December 3, 2009 to June 2010. He served as a Director of Nortia Capital Partners Inc. from March 2004 to May 27, 2005. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Mittler served as a Director of Wordcraft Systems, Inc.
