So let me break this F&R down, you wake up in 2008 and your 40000 shares that was worth 1,000,000.00 is now worth $6000.00. Fast forward to 2012 and we get our escrow markers and now we receive roughly 1 share of this new company for every 26 shares of markers. So now your 40000 share markers that once was worth $6,000.00 is now worth roughly $980.00 at the beginning for your new and improved stock for the 1400 shares you received. Fast forward to today and the 1400 share is going to R/S to become 116 share worth upon stock price increase to maybe $18.00 pershare, leaving your shares worth $2,088.00 dollars, Oh yeah baby that is fair and reasonable. We could have at-least got a reach around...
