The Securities and Exchange Commission has, in its dissemination of information to the public, expressed that tokens in the United States would be treated as securities pursuant to the Howey Test .

They even claim the profit increase which is due to the revenues which is due to charging blocksafe which got their money from sfor lmao. Soooo damm comical .
