thanks Tom I see the 19 was in 2016. As for IPIX looks like its staying with in the .38-,40 range but vol is light. AVXL vol also has not been avg.

I am not sure the final shoe has fallen on the PM's China has some problems as does Turkey.
China is attempting to rebuild the silk raod over to Pakistan. Some of their workers have been killed in Pakistan.
