i have 2 long posts on this a few days ago-cant find right now

zn had at least 20 days to respond to sec and no doubt they did plus they posted the 8k re sec 20 days after receiving notice of sec

suit claims zn knew of investigation before notifying shareholders and thus shareholders lost money- look for my long post days ago-took me too much time looking for it twice

and that zn made misleading statements- a PR RE COMMERCIAL FIND will take care of supposed 'misleading' statements

and zn is allowed by law 20 days to respond-as they did in 20 days -so suit seems to be grasping at straws trying to create a new right for holders or retroactively remove the 20 day system wide time to respond

suit builds upon straws
